Valerie Van Galder and Jodi Peterson-Stigers grew up in Orange County, CA and loved their dad Charles Margolin very much. They inherited his business, a portfolio of commercial properties, and because their parents always called them "THE GIRLS" as if they were one entity from the day Jodi was born  they decided to call their new company THE GIRLS INC.  to celebrate the power of sisterhood and girlhood.

 "The Girl 1," aka Val and "The Girl 3," aka Jodi  look forward to  working with their tenants and being excellent stewards of their father's legacy  as they embark on this next phase of their life adventure together.
